	Our Services Like many things, prior planning and preparation leads to success. Building a home is no exception. With hundreds of things to consider and an equal number of questions to be answered, building your dream home can seem like a daunting task. We work with folks just like you to simplify the process and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Most clients prefer that we handle all the details from initial planning through completed construction. Others choose to manage their own projects and have us assist them with the design and ordering.

	We begin building your dream home with an initial meeting. During this time we get to know each other and answer any questions you may have. We also learn about your wants and expectations. From this information we turn to Katahdin's professional design team to prepare a plan and quote for your project. Once an initial draft of your plan is complete we meet and make any necessary changes to the plan and your personal quote.

Once your satisfied with your quote and design, we'll place the order and set a delivery date. We also assist with finding foundation contractors, electricians and plumbers. Don't forget permits!! We're there to help with that as well.

We also have a full compliment of earth and site work equipment with over two decades of experience preparing building sites.

As you project reaches completion will be as excited as you when you walk through the door of your new Katahdin Log Home.
